The unit is a condo, not on street level despite the unit number. It is a 2 BR, 2 BA, with a bonus room perfect for an office, washer/dryer hook up, pool, assigned parking, and a secure storage unit. It is a unique find in Waikiki, with a lovely view of the park, the boat harbor, and the Ala Wai Canal entrance to the harbor.
